Started With Dispatch
We began by helping carriers with load searching, broker communication, and daily dispatch support.
Nucleus Freight
Dispatch starts when the engine turns.
Our Vision
Nucleus Freight is building more than a dispatch service. Our long-term vision is to create a stronger carrier ecosystem where trusted carriers can access better support, stronger opportunities, and future dedicated lanes through our growing brokerage network.
Carriers working with us today may have stronger chances to be considered for future dedicated lane opportunities once our brokerage network is active, based on performance, reliability, equipment type, lane history, and customer requirements.

Roadmap
01
We began by helping carriers with load searching, broker communication, and daily dispatch support.
02
We improved our process around rate checking, deadhead awareness, load timing, paperwork, and follow-ups.
03
We started focusing on RPM, total miles, market direction, and carrier consistency instead of only booking random loads.
04
We added support around detention, layover follow-ups, carrier reporting, and better communication.
05
We introduced MC lease support by connecting newer carriers with established carriers so they can operate with stronger access and better broker acceptance.
06
Our next goal is to build a brokerage network that can create stronger lane opportunities for reliable carriers working with Nucleus Freight.
Brokerage Vision
Nucleus Freight is working toward opening its own brokerage company in the future. Our goal is to create a stronger connection between trusted shippers, reliable carriers, and our dispatch operations.
As our network grows, carriers who already work with Nucleus Freight may have a stronger chance to be considered for future lane opportunities because we will already understand their equipment, reliability, communication, and performance history.
Important
Future lane opportunities are not guaranteed and depend on shipper needs, carrier performance, equipment type, safety record, insurance, market conditions, and brokerage requirements.
MC Lease Support
Some new carriers struggle to work with certain brokerages because their MC authority is too new or does not meet broker requirements. Nucleus Freight helps connect qualified new carriers with established carriers, allowing them to operate under a stronger MC structure while building experience and consistency.
01
Helps newer carriers access more freight opportunities
02
Connects them with established carrier authority
03
Supports broker acceptance
04
Gives structure while their own MC gets older
05
Helps carriers learn operations with dispatch support
MC lease availability depends on carrier qualification, equipment type, insurance, safety record, and agreement approval.
Next step
The carriers we support today are the carriers we want to understand better for tomorrow's opportunities.
